I worked with Coleen for 4 months getting my house ready for sale. She was both attentive and supportive as we navigated that difficult process. Having a home to sell with a septic, Coleen encouraged us to (proactively) have the system inspected. It was her being proactive that led to us learning that while the septic was working great (no issues whatsoever), there were serious issues that we could not see. We are currently unable to move forward with listing our home (repairs pending), which is terribly disappointing, however; the situation could have been far worse. Our journey with Coleen was cut short as we address our septic issues, however; there is not a doubt in my mind that the experience would have been a good one. Coleen clearly loves what she does!

When I realized I needed to sell my Mothers house and my childhood house, I never expected to get such a multitasker, as Joan OBrien. Not only did Joan sell the house to best buyer and terms she kept me informed every step of the way, organized the entire process of preparing the sale of the house, she also kept me informed of the cleaning out process which overwhelmed me when I was there. When I thought it might be a tear- down Joan helped breath life back into the house and all the preparation that went with selling the house my Mom was in since 1966. This was no easy task and so daunting to me especially since I live 4000 miles away. I came back twice to help, but because of Joan’s experience and connections I was able to spend more time with my mom on my trips back. Joan’s compassion, professionalism and commitment is extraordinary. Her sensitivity to selling a home was unparalleled to me.
